Code of Ethics

What this covers
This code is the standard for Halfonred staff, contractors, and anyone acting for the salon. Players are covered by the Terms of Service, the game rules, and the other policies linked from the homepage.
Straight dealing
We say what a game does, what a chip is worth on the way in and out, and what a promotion actually pays. We do not bribe, cook results, or hide a material term in a place a player will not see.
Games
Table games, slots, and the sportsbook use the rules published for that game. Outcomes come from those rules and the salon’s random or simulation model, not from who is playing. We do not change a settled result to favor the house or a player.
People who play
We keep underage accounts off the floor, honor limits and exclusions, and do not push a player who has asked to stop. Marketing should not target anyone who has self-excluded.
Money and data
Cashier activity is screened for abuse, and personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. We do not sell player lists. We do not ask staff to ignore a suspicious withdrawal to hit a target.
Workplace
People who work on Halfonred get a workplace without harassment or discrimination, and a way to report either. Retaliation for a good-faith report is itself a breach of this code.
Reporting
Report a concern about this code to support@halfonred.com. Include what happened, when, and who was involved. We look at reports, keep them limited to people who need them, and act when the report holds up. A breach can mean discipline, ending a contract, or closing an account.
