Agreement

These terms are the contract for using Halfonred. Creating an account, depositing, or playing means you accept them, plus the Sportsbook Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Responsible Gambling page. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to wager where you are, and acting for yourself. One person, one account. We can ask you to prove age and identity. Accounts opened for someone else, or to dodge a limit or exclusion, can be closed.

Chips and the cashier

Play uses chips on your rack. Deposits currently run from 10 to 10,000 in a transaction. Withdrawals currently run from 20 to 10,000. New withdrawals are paid in USDC on Polygon, to a wallet address you control. One chip is priced as one US dollar on the way out. Older methods may still appear on old requests.

Chips are not transferable to another player. A withdrawal can be delayed or refused under the AML page, while a check is open, or while a game round is still settling. You pay your own network fees on the wallet side. A wrong address is not a loss we reverse.

Games

Each game page states its rules. House games are built with a house edge. The sportsbook is a simulation settled under the Sportsbook Rules. Promotions, when offered, carry their own conditions; if a promotion text conflicts with these terms on eligibility or cashier rules, these terms win.

Your conduct

• No bots, scripts, or other automation against the games or the cashier, except ordinary browser use.
• No collusion at poker, no chip dumping, no sharing a hand or a seat.
• No abuse of a bug. Report it. Using it can void the related results.
• No harassment in any shared room.

Safer play

Limits, breaks, and self-exclusion work as described on the Responsible Gambling page. We can also restrict an account when we believe play is harmful, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. Restriction can include closing the cashier while a check is unfinished.

Suspension

We can suspend or close an account, void bets placed in breach, and hold a balance pending a check. Where we close you without a finding of fraud, underage play, or a failed verification, remaining chips that are eligible for withdrawal can be withdrawn under the cashier rules then in force.

The site

The Halfonred name, chip mark, game art, and software stay ours or our licensors’. You get a personal, revocable right to use the site while your account is open. You do not get a right to copy the games or scrape the board.

Liability

The Disclaimer is part of these terms. We are not liable for ordinary wagering losses, indirect losses, or failures of a blockchain or payment gateway. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We can change these terms by posting a new version with a new date. A change does not reopen a round that already settled. If you keep playing after the new date, you accept the change. Questions: support@halfonred.com.
