Who we are

This policy describes what Halfonred does with personal information collected through the site. Contact support@halfonred.com for privacy requests. It should be read with the Cookie Policy.

What we collect

• Account data you submit: email, username, and authentication data from the sign-in method you use.
• Play data: games, stakes, results, sportsbook bets, poker seating, limits, breaks, and exclusions.
• Cashier data: deposit and withdrawal amounts, status, asset, network, and the wallet address you give us.
• Support data: whatever you put in an email to us.
• Technical data: coarse device and log data needed to keep sessions, prevent abuse, and debug. The Cookie Policy lists the storage we actually set.

Why

• To run the account, the games, and the cashier.
• To apply limits, breaks, and exclusions.
• To detect duplicate accounts, fraud, and cashier abuse.
• To answer a complaint or a legal request.
• To fix the product. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. Deposits and withdrawals are handled by the payment gateway that the cashier opens, and then by the network you withdraw on. Hosting and database vendors store data for us under contract. We also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect players and the salon from harm. We do not give player data to advertisers.

How long

Account and cashier records are kept for as long as the account is open and for a period after, long enough to handle disputes, exclusions, and legal claims. A self-exclusion is kept at least for its term. You can ask us to delete an account; we may retain what we must keep for those reasons and will say so.

Security

We use access control, encrypted transport, and a poker seat cookie that page scripts cannot read. No online salon can promise that storage or transmission is immune to compromise. Use a unique password and do not share the login.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information, or to object to a use. Email support@halfonred.com from the address on the account. We may need to confirm it is you before we act. You can also close the session in the browser and clear site data, which does not by itself delete the server account.

Changes

We post updates on this page and change the date at the top. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
